SUPREME COURT (ELECTRONIC FILING) RULES, 2023
The SUPREME COURT (ELECTRONIC FILING) RULES, 2023 which were passed on 6 September 2023, will be come into force on Monday 5 February 2024. A copy of the Rules may be found in the notices section of the Supreme Court’s Website.
Attorneys may now begin the process of registering onto the E-Filing System at https://efile.courts.bs/ in advance of Monday’s Go-Live.
