On September 19 and 20, 2019 the Honourable Justices of the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court, Registrars of the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, Magistrates and Members of the Industrial Tribunal attended a two day training on judgment writing. It was organized by the soon to be established Bahamas Judicial Education Institute which is being will charged with overseeing the training for all judicial officers and staff working in the judiciary. Justice of Appeal of the Court of Appeal in Trinidad and Tobago, the Honourable Gregory Smith and his Judicial Research Counsel Lynn-Marie Edwards conducted facilitated the workshop.
