The Honourable Chief Justice Mr. Brian M. Moree, Q.C. left New Providence on November 21, 2019 for a two day visit to Grand Bahama. He will tour the Garnet Levarity Building which is being renovated and the Magistrates Court in Eight Mile Rock which is presently under construction. He will meet with judicial officers and staff members of the Courts in Grand Bahama and also members of the Bahamas Bar Association. During the meetings, the Chief Justice will discuss post Dorian matters in Grand Bahama and issues relating to the roll out and implementation of the reform and modernization project for the Judiciary in The Bahamas.
