The Honourable Mr. Justice Emmanuel Osadebay (Retired) died on August 29, 2019. He was laid in state at the main Supreme Court Building prior to the service. The Honourable Mr. Justice Osadebay was an eminent jurist had the distinction of serving at three different levels of the Judiciary; as a Stipendiary and Circuit Magistrate, a Justice of the Supreme Court and a Justice of Appeal.
